Everybody wants to be boss. Human craves to have intelligent machines around which can communicate as well as perform tasks according to them. This could be only possible if machine is able to recognize, think, and learn from previous tasks. This is what happens in the world of Artificial Intelligence. You don’t need to type or think more. You no longer fight for any difficulties because each and every machine has great communication skills, almost in all kind of worldwide languages.

Artificial Intelligence can also be called machine intelligence. AI demonstrated by machines for performing tasks given to them. Artificial intelligence is needed to improve efficiency and eliminates human physical and mental effort, with the help of artificial intelligence, machines are able to recognize, judge the situation and act accordingly as a human do. They changed the focus from supporting simple repetitive tasks to learning and simulate the behaviors of humans and tasks.

The AI revolution has potentially significant implications for all business processes, including customer interaction, operations, the supply chain, and support functions. It can provide benefits both through the optimization and the replacement of existing processes and systems. AI is set to act as a disruptor in the labor market, since it will lead to significant change in the activities carried out by people and also those tasks better suited to machines.

How can Artificial Intelligence be merged with CAD..?

Artificial Intelligence tools are helpful for knowledge and experience for expertise. CAD/CAM systems currently are undergoing major changes. These changes are due to the —emerging new CAD/CAM systems that incorporate expertise or knowledge and are known as knowledge-based system. Hence the new CAD/CAM systems have some intelligence’ in them. Currently, the primary function of CAD software is to automate the analytical steps of a design. CAD software is used to create computer models of parts, to fit them together, and to model the performance of parts and assemblies so that they meet design specifications. The analytical steps of a design process are repeated, because design reviews, performed by experts, determine whether changes should be made (design synthesis). With AI-based tools, design synthesis can be performed directly without going through a separate design review and they are properly implemented.

Design itself is generally different in term of approach and is classified into 3 classes

Class 1 design is for completely new design where creativity is very important.

Class 2 is for innovative design where a slight different solution from previous design.

Class 3 is for routine design

By having such abilities they may replace human from the process in the future. A very good example of artificial intelligence is “The Humanoid Sophia”. Sophia uses artificial intelligence, visual data processing and face recognition. Sophia also imitates human gestures and facial expressions and is able to answer certain questions. The artificial intelligence program analyses conversation and extract data that allows it to improve responses in the future. Humanized AI shows characteristics of all types of competencies (i.e., cognitive, emotional, and social intelligence), is able to be self-conscious and is self-aware in interactions with others.

There are numerous example of artificial intelligence like autonomous vehicles (such as drones and self-driving cars), medical diagnosis, playing games, search engine, online assistants, and image recognition in photographs. According to CNN, a recent study by surgeons at the Children’s National Medical Center in Washington successfully demonstrated surgery with an autonomous robot. Advancements in Artificial intelligence have contributed to the growth of the automotive industry through the creation and evolution of self-driving vehicles.

They have the features like braking, lane changing, collision prevention, navigation and mapping. In video games, artificial intelligence is routinely used to generate dynamic purposeful behavior in non-player characters (NPCs). Military drones capable of autonomous action are widely considered a useful asset. The use of AI machines in the market in applications such as online trading and decision making has changed major economic theories. For financial statements audit, AI makes continuous audit possible. Artificial intelligence tools could analyze many sets of different information immediately. It is possible to use artificial intelligence to predict the behavior of customers from their digital footprints in order to target them with personalized promotions or build customer personas automatically.
