Sr. CMM Programmer (Coordinate Measuring Machine)

- Experience: 7-10 Years

- Qualification: BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering Qualification

- Location: Netherlands

Skill: The optimal candidates must be prepared to work in a high output manufacturing environment, and must be able to perform followings –

- Program and knowledge of CMM machines PC-DMIS Vision

- Vast knowledge of PC-DMIS Vision

- Strong communication skills.

- Awareness of semiconductor and aerospace parts with tight tolerances (+/- .0001″)

- Should have good logical & analytical skills.

- Knowledge of CAD and CAM strategy

- Keen eye for visual inspections of details

- Proficient knowledge in use of all metrology equipment, machines, tools, etc.

- Extensive knowledge of GD&T standards, ASME Y14.5-2009, ISO standards

Role and Responsibilities

- Read and understand engineering drawings (blueprints)

- Create CMM programs using PC-DMIS Vision (CMM Software) to inspect parts for First Piece Inspection.

- Must be able to perform First Article Inspections, In-Process Inspections, Post-Outside Process Inspections, and Final Lot Inspections

- Determines best method of fixturing parts unto the CMM for inspection.

- Run Customer Interface and 100% Inspection and First Article Inspection with CMM measurements

- Work with other programmers and operators to update documentation for best inspection methods.

- Communicate technical information with manufacturing team.
