Business Development Executive – Engineering

  • Experience: Min. 5 Years
  • Qualification: Graduate/Post-Graduate (Mechanical/Aeronautical/Automobile/Industrial)
  • Location: Chandigarh Technology Park

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (specifically for mechanical engineering services to EU and US market)
  • Brief knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
  • Familiarity with Sales CRM tools like Salesforce would be a plus
  • Soft skills
    • Strong communication & presentation skills
    • Excellent stakeholder/relationship management

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities for business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
  • Plan the marketing campaigns to generate leads
  • Perform lead generation activities:
    • Web research to identify target companies and contacts
    • Identify synergies to develop propositions according to our capabilities
    • Connect with identified contacts to setup meetings
  • Keep the database and sales funnel updated all the time and present to concerned Managers
  • Ensure the consistent and updated marketing collaterals including Website, LinkedIn, Marketing Presentations and/or any other social platform
  • Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
  • Understand industry trends along with current and upcoming competition
  • Work closely with technical team to leverage TOFU and MOFU approach and offer solutioning to the prospects and/or qualified leads
  • Participate in sales calls
  • Ensure AS9100D compliance
