Requirements
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience (specifically for mechanical engineering services to EU and US market)
Brief knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with Sales CRM tools like Salesforce would be a plus
Soft skills
Strong communication & presentation skills
Excellent stakeholder/relationship management
Role and Responsibilities
Identifying opportunities for business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients
Plan the marketing campaigns to generate leads
Perform lead generation activities:
Web research to identify target companies and contacts
Identify synergies to develop propositions according to our capabilities
Connect with identified contacts to setup meetings
Keep the database and sales funnel updated all the time and present to concerned Managers
Ensure the consistent and updated marketing collaterals including Website, LinkedIn, Marketing Presentations and/or any other social platform
Manage the sales process to close new business opportunities
Understand industry trends along with current and upcoming competition
Work closely with technical team to leverage TOFU and MOFU approach and offer solutioning to the prospects and/or qualified leads
Participate in sales calls
Ensure AS9100D compliance
